在9月4日的中午时分,CIMB的用户在网路进行付款时发现系统崩溃,只能透过转账的方式进行付费。就在晚间时分,CIMB就释出官方文告表示说已解决早前不能使用网路付款的问题。

在今早马航发出推特表示,由于CIMB系统出现问题,所以目前只接受CIMB Clicks付款。

随后Shopee也在官方推特发出同样的事宜,间接证实了这次攻击的存在,并且攻击并没有波及到CIMB Clicks服务。

此外一名Twitter用户申诉说CIMB被网路黑客攻击导致所有网路系统无法正常使用。

然而就在傍晚时候CIMB发布了官方文告表示:“我们对于造成用户的不便感到抱歉。”此外联昌银行也表示核心系统以及用户的资讯在这次的攻击中保持完好无缺没被泄露出去,最后联昌银行说用户能继续进行在线转账及在线付费等功能。
